Leon’s solar tile hooks and mounting systems are widely used in various commercial and residential tile roof projects. These brackets, designed to fit solar modules of all sizes on sloped tile roofs, include standard components such as aluminum rail profiles, tile hooks, end/mid clamps, and other solar mounting accessories. The mounting framework is made of anodized aluminum, offering excellent anti-corrosion properties.
Our tile hooks are specifically crafted to minimize the need for penetrations during tile roof solar installations. They are placed under the tiles and attached to the underlying structures, typically wooden battens. An elongated hole in the lower plate helps with alignment on the batten. Our roof hooks accommodate different types of tiles, such as pantile, Roman tiles, slates, and clay tiles. Adjustable hooks provide flexibility with both horizontal and vertical adjustments. Fully compliant with international standards for wind and snow load, our systems are suitable for various climatic conditions.
